Song of the day from indie shuffle...

What's so good?
This electronic group from England sure knows how to make pop music stimulatingly sexy. With the synth-pop essence of Bloc Party and electro-funk backbeats comparable to !!!, Metronomy is an exciting group with tracks full of pleasant-sounding dance floor shakedowns.
“Heartbreaker,” from their understated 2008 album Nights Out, is a fiery dance track that brings you to your feet with sass and stride. This remix by Diskjokke gives the track an extra edge but either way, the original and remixed versions are all catchy and suited perfectly in the blissful electro-pop genre. Give this version a try and if you’re feeling it check out the bonus track, Metronomy’s latest single “She Wants” from their forthcoming album The English Riviera, due out this April.
